BASIC 1KG RECIPE FOR CREAMY DICED CHICKEN   

Mixing Instructions

Weigh out chosen protein into a bowl; add flavouring slowly coating all sides evenly.
Add mayonnaise and gently mix, you can add more or less mayonnaise to suit your taste.
Place mix in fridge for a minimum 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse before serving.

To instantly create a tasty flavoured mayonnaise, dip, topping, dressing or accompaniament, simply follow this recipe.

RECIPE

Mayonnaise: 900 grams
Flavouring: 100 grams

 

METHOD

Blend mayonnaise and flavouring and leave to stand for a minimum of 15 mins. Stir before use. Also use this method if using plain yoghurt, sour cream, cream cheese, creme fraîche or plain vinaigrette.
